Who I Am

After spending years in my teens and early twenties chronically injured, I moved away from competitive sport, and began the process of rebuilding my body from the ground up. 

This began initially through discovering Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), a mobility and strength modality which delivered unbelievable success in both increasing usable range of motion and reducing chronic pain within my body. A modality which I now utilise as one of the foundational building blocks used in the Prerequisite Physical Performance hierarchy, for individuals looking to optimise physical performance.

In 2020 I then had a huge wake up call with regard to my overall of my health and fitness. I stumbled across a podcast episode talking about performance breathing, which led me to the realisation my own breathing was extremely dysfunctional. Years later and I’m still shocked at the unbelievable benefit fixing your breathing delivers to all areas of your life. Whether in respect to transforming sleep quality, energy and focus day to day, athletic performance, recovery, or your ability to master your body's stress response in all areas of your life. 

Whilst going through the process of fixing my breathing, and one by one realising all the benefits above, I came to a very stark realisation, I was extremely physically fit, but in no way was I truly healthy….

After 3 years of continual study and development , I’m now helping others utilise their breath to reach peak levels of performance in their own pursuits. From professional athletes, looking to optimise physical performance & recovery, alongside unbreakable Mental performance. General population, looking to live happy and healthy lives, and corporate executives looking to control stress and emotion in high paced working environments.
